How to Return an Item

Providing detailed information helps us process your request quickly. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as Outdoor Barbell cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the return is due to a fault on our part, Outdoor Barbell will refund your return shipping costs. For exchanges, any additional shipping fees will also be covered by you.

Returning Gift Purchases
